The redesign of the shopping area into an office area as we did with Plaza Offices came naturally, after we identified the synergy of work and leisure place. We are the firsts to do an office space within a mall, creating benefits for Plaza Romania’s tenants’ employees. They can access all the facilities that a mall offers – leisure and shopping, client services, cinema, sport, parking and carwash.
