Management of Construction Site

  • Contractor coordination;
  • Managing and Preparation of Site Coordination Meetings;
  • All the documents as meeting notes or decisions taken during the execution will be ordered and archived;
  • All the drawings generated by the Contractors will be checked by Optimum;
  • Also the follow-up of works progression according with the project timeline suitable to the Contractor master plan will be performed by Optimum;
  • Optimum will identify the milestone form work schedule and will follow up until the construction completion;
  • Optimum will identify possible deviations from the required notifications to the Contractor and Investor staff;
  • Optimum will Report data’s related of work schedule updates and progress;
  • Optimum will prepare all construction works activity report including monthly report, report of execution and comments;
  • Optimum will follow-up the production progress, reporting daily and monthly construction site progress and will make comparison with the existing work schedule;
  • Optimum will create the format of Payment Certificates and according with execution process, will check Payment Certificate Report, giving preliminary approval and presenting to Beneficiary;
  • Optimum will identify the material deliveries from the construction site and will do the necessary controls;
  • Optimum will follow the strategy of purchasing plan of the important materials as big equipment’s, rebar’s, steel structures, concrete etc.;
  • Optimum will research the market all the materials which shell be purchased by the Beneficiary, will order and follow up the purchasing process on behalf of Beneficiary;
  • Optimum will check on construction site the quality control system requirements according to project requirements and will do the necessary organizations for establishing these systems on the construction site on behalf of Beneficiary;
  • The preparation of documents, checking the tests and put in function , service/maintenance and guaranties will be follow-up by Optimum;
  • Optimum will verify if the executions are according with the technical specifications and the project; the inappropriate executions will be if there are will be found , a report will be made and will be establish the revision method; the materialization will be facilitated by Optimum;
  • Before to be use, Optimum will check and approve of all kind of materials which will be used on construction sites;
  • According with the contract at the end of the execution of works Hand-Over protocols will be prepared, moreover if exists, the Optimum will identify the missing and incomplete works;
  • The original as-build projects which will be prepared and submitted by contractors will be registered, checked and archived by Optimum;
  • Preparing all the necessary documents of installed/purchased equipment’s (guaranty certificates, maintenance documents, service periods, etc.) will be in Optimum scope.
